Verifying nonprofit status has never been easier. It can be done with the click of a button using the Charity Check integration on the Salesforce Account page. All you need is the EIN populated in an Account field. The Charity Check does the heavy lifting to quickly verify the status of nonprofits, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance. This integration can also be run on a scheduled basis against a set of Account records – for example, all accounts that are in an active grant cycle.
Challenge: “For documentation and legal purposes, our organization must retain a dated and time stamped copy of the nonprofit status.”
We recognize that this is a common challenge among philanthropic entities and can be incredibly time consuming if done manually. With the Charity Check PDF integration, the click of a button automagically creates a .pdf of the actual Candid® Charity Check document and stores it in the Files object related to the Account.
Challenge: “Sometimes there are simply not enough hours in the day to enter all the data we should or to update it on a regular basis.”
