Hi there! I’m Sheila, a Project Manager with 10+ years of project and program management experience across the healthcare, nonprofit, and higher education sectors. Now in the Salesforce ecosystem, I continue to work alongside mission-driven organizations and am passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering solutions that create meaningful impact.
I enjoy working closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to turn ideas into effective solutions, ensuring each project is aligned with their goals and sets them up for long-term success. I’m especially passionate about taking a human-centered approach to my work—designing systems and processes that not only improve operations, but truly support the people using them.
I hold Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst certifications and am a Certified ScrumMaster®. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working in collaborative, mission-driven environments.
I’m based in NYC, where I live with my family. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, exploring new restaurants and places to visit, spending time with my family, and learning about different cultures.
