Dennis Baker

Senior Business Analyst

Dennis is a Senior Salesforce Consultant and Business Analyst with end-to-end ownership of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, specializing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and scalable Flow-based automation. He partners with business leaders to translate complex, ambiguous requirements into Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. His work spans full lifecycle implementations, automation architecture, data governance, security design, and post-launch optimization across nonprofit, healthcare, retail, and enterprise environments. Dennis is known for designing Salesforce solutions that scale—favoring clean data models, modular Flow architecture, and thoughtful security frameworks. He takes pride in knowing not just how to build something in Salesforce, but why it should be built that way.

With both consulting and in-house experience, Dennis is comfortable leading discovery sessions, writing solution designs, managing stakeholders, coordinating with architects and developers, and owning Salesforce as a strategic business platform. His core strengths include advanced Salesforce administration and Platform App Builder work, Flow automation design across record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and subflows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and NPSP implementations, security model design across profiles, permission sets, and sharing, data quality and integration strategy, reporting and adoption metrics, and Agile delivery with UAT and release management. Dennis is 9x Salesforce Certified and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), an active Trailblazer Mentor and Salesforce community contributor with 15+ years in nonprofit and education—and a proud softball and ballet dad.
