Caitlin is driven by a deep-rooted passion for empowering organizations and companies through their strategic use of technology. With over 17 years of experience in Salesforce and other technologies, she is committed to empowering client organizations by optimizing their processes, enhancing efficiencies, and enabling them to achieve their goals with greater ease and impact.
By building trusted relationships with clients and partners, Caitlin delivers transformative results and champions the innovative use of Salesforce. She has held various roles all linked by platform technology and change management throughout her career: sales, consulting, delivery, and executive leadership. She has worked in various industry sectors such as nonprofit, financial services, education, and healthcare, and is dedicated to keeping up with the continuous innovation in Salesforce and related technologies.
An active member of the Salesforce Trailblazer Community, Caitlin finds the most joy in serving as an experienced guide for her clients and being both a mentor and mentee with her peers. Her desire to find a win for everyone is equal to her competitive nature in sales.
Caitlin has a BA in Sociology from Ithaca College and resides in Odenton, Maryland. In addition to her professional work, Caitlin enjoys hot yoga, OrangeTheory, board and word games (Scrabble and Rummikub!), coaching her son’s flag football team, walking her husky Max, and cheering on her Baltimore Ravens.
