Tim Royer is the Chief Operating Officer at Agile Cloud Consulting, a role that brings his commitment to operational excellence to the forefront of the organization. Tim's career in the Salesforce ecosystem began over a decade ago and has always been guided by this pursuit of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Starting as an accidental Salesforce administrator, Tim quickly recognized the importance of streamlined processes and optimized operations. This insight led him through a variety of project roles including Consultant, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Engagement Manager. Each position deepened his understanding of operationalization within different areas of Salesforce implementation projects.
When he stepped into the role of a Vice President of Delivery, his passion for operational excellence took on a more strategic dimension. He was able to leverage his in-depth understanding of Salesforce professional services to grow and lead the Agile Cloud Consulting delivery team.
Now, as the Chief Operating Officer at Agile Cloud Consulting, Tim brings this same dedication to operational excellence to company-wide processes. He oversees the operational strategy of the company, always seeking ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
Tim holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from Oberlin College. He has also earned over 18 Salesforce certifications, including Application and System Architect credentials.
Away from his professional duties, Tim resides in Philadelphia and enjoys playing volleyball (not particularly well) in his free time.
