Lisa Fay is a technology and non-profit executive with more than 20 years of experience championing and implementing technology in creative ways that position organizations to grow and be more efficient.
She worked for 10 years at JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) - a fundraising powerhouse - at its headquarters in Manhattan where she served as Chief of Staff and was the business sponsor for a large CRM implementation. Most recently she was at Blackbaud where she worked for almost 6 years serving hundreds of diverse customers advising on how technology can and should support business goals.
She brings her real world experience to her customers when working through the often nuanced and complex pathways of non-profit work.
This wide range of experience includes all sized CRM implementations (Salesforce and others), strategic planning, data governance and management, process engineering, project management, analytics and AI, and change management. She has also directly managed high performing teams.
