Lisa spent 10 years at JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), a fundraising powerhouse, at its headquarters in Manhattan, where she served as Chief of Staff and was the business sponsor for a large CRM implementation. Most recently, she worked at Blackbaud for almost 6 years, serving hundreds of diverse customers and advising on how technology can and should support business goals.
Lisa brings her real-world experience to her customers when working through the often nuanced and complex pathways of non-profit work. Her wide range of experience includes all-sized CRM implementations (Salesforce and others), strategic planning, data governance and management, process engineering, project management, analytics and AI, and change management. She has also directly managed high-performing teams.
