Hala is an innovative and dynamic project management professional and academic with a unique pairing of expertise in industrial engineering and supply chain management allied with mastery of applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, and robot navigation.
She has over eight years of experience in project management, operations management, supply chain management, and a proven record of managing large-scale complex projects in a multi-cultural environment with various companies such as Renault Tanger, CIH Bank, SNTL, and government.
As an educator, she served as an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Lecturer at Honoris United University in Morocco and Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, respectively. She is currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer in Project Management with Northeastern University in Toronto, Canada.
Hala holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in applied mathematics and automatic control engineering from Hassan II University, a Master of Science (MS) in industrial and logistics engineering from University Caddy Ayyad and completed a certificate in project management for technical professionals at Ryerson University. She has achieved Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI). She also earned the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) designation from Msys Training. She speaks four languages from three different continents and is fluent in three languages; Arabic, French, English with intermediate Japanese.
